I bet I don't have to tell you that printheads are expensive and somewhat delicate.

When you ship us your printheads, make sure they are appropriately packaged.  If you can, use the original box that the head came in.  

Wrap the head in bubble-wrap to make sure that the printhead doesn't get damaged in transit.

If the box you sent get's damaged during shipment, we'll send you a new box and packaing material at no charge.  Keep the box to use again.

Send the box via a carrier that has tracking; UPS, FedEx or DHL.
